What this website collects, why, and what it does not do.
Who we are
DEVENGINE CONSULTING LIMITED, 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Contact: dev@devengineconsultinglim.site, +44 7862 611627.
Forms
The contact and support forms collect your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number, organisation and service choices, plus your consent. We use these only to answer your request. A hidden field helps block automated spam.
Hosting and mail processing
Submissions are processed by a script on our web host and passed to the host's mail transport for delivery to our mailbox. The hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf. A successful message on screen means the server accepted the request for sending, not that delivery is confirmed.
Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the server stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter for up to 15 minutes. Expired files are cleaned up on later requests. Your message is not logged by the form script.
Drafts in your browser
While you type, your form draft is kept in this browser's sessionStorage so it is not lost if sending fails. It is cleared after a confirmed submission or when the tab session ends.
Cookies and your choice
This site installs no analytics, advertising or other optional cookies. The cookie panel records your choice (accept necessary or reject optional) in localStorage so the panel is not shown again. You can reopen it at any time: .
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, provide any service agreed, and meet legal obligations. The website owner must confirm the actual retention policy applied to the mailbox.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask for access, correction or erasure of your data, or object to processing. Email dev@devengineconsultinglim.site. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
This notice may be updated if the site's processing changes. The owner should review it before publication.
